Igår lade jag upp denna rätt på min InstaStory (Ni följer väl mig på Instagram hoppas jag -> MRSGRONO). Det var väldigt många som frågade efter receptet om hur jag gjorde denna. Jag är ingen kock och kan tyvärr inte ta åt mig äran, utan jag inspirerades av ett recept som ni kan hitta här. Denna rätt är perfekt för grillen men jag gjorde allt på stekpannan och i kastrullen istället. Nedan kommer min version av receptet.

Yesterday I uploaded this dish on my InstaStory (I hope you’re following me on Instagram -> MRSGRONO). There were a lot of you who asked for the recipe of  how I did this. I’m not a cook and, unfortunately, I can’t take the credit for it, but I was inspired by a recipe that you can find here. This dish is perfect for the grill but I did everything on the frying pan and in the saucepan instead. Below is my version of the recipe.

Chop & rinse 250g of onion & 2 garlic cloves
Fry it in the saucepan together with 2 tablespoon of olive oil
Add 200g paella rice/arborio rice together with little water and 0,5 gram saffron. Stir for 2 min
Add 500ml vegetable broth and let it boil on low heat for 20min

Grill 2 peppers in a frying pan on both sides
Grill 4 chorizo sausages in the same frying pan

Stir down the peppers & 65g fresh spinach into the saucepan
Serve the paella with chorizo and enjoy a delicious meal together with your family or friends!
