Äntligen fredag! Jag startade min helg igår redan, så skönt med en extra ledig dag. Men innan ni tar helg bör ni sticka iväg till gymmet en snabbis, om inte idag, lova mig att ni går imorgon! Jag kommer nämligen tipsa er om ett grymt träningspass för ben, armar och mage som ni kommer ha träningsvärk efter i 2 dagar. YES YES YES. Vi alla älskar träningsvärk! Speciellt om vi känner den i skinkorna. Hehe. Kör hårt!

//Finally Friday! I started my weekend yesterday already, so nice with an extra day off. But before you take a weekend you should go to the gym for a quick workout, if not today, promise me you are going tomorrow! I will tell you about a kick ass workout for legs, arms & ABS that you have to try, you will have sore muscles for 2 days. YES YES YES. We all love sore muscles! Especially if we feel it in our buttocks. Hehe. Kick ass!

MY WORKOUT

A1: Sumo squat – 4×15
A2: Pull-ups – 4×5

A3: ABS turns with medicin ball – 4×20

Perform the whole circuit 4 times in total. Rest for 1-2min between every circuit.

B1: Bulgarian squat – 4×10 on each leg
B2: ABS roll out with pilates ball – 4×15

Perform the whole circuit 4 times in total. Rest for 1 min between every circuit.

C1: Deadlift – 4×12
C2: Plank – 4×1 min

Perform the whole circuit 4 times in total. Rest for 1 min between every circuit.

D1: Box jumps – 4×10
D2: Fitness band just over your knees. Sit to a wall with legs in 90 degrees angle.
Drag one leg at the time from the center to the side as far as you can. Then back to the start position. Repeat the same for the other leg. Perform the exercise 4×15
